Doesn't seem to be a day that goes by without some sort of drama!

I really, really hope that 'Tan has wanted to replace him with his own man for a long time' part is just speculation. If not, It's grave cause for concern.

Malky's head of recruitment, his most trusted staff member, sacked and replaced by Tans own man - a 23 year old, completely inexperienced, Kazakhstani! Who undoubtedly knows nothing of English football. Never mind the fact that Malky has been totally undermined!

If VT is taking a more hands-on approach to footballing matters, that seems rather worrying!

Moody's position is being "filled by rookie Kazakhstani Alisher Apsalyamov"...... why do we need someone who's training to be a Kazakhstani?

I've just had about had enough of tan now. If true, the sooner he's gone the better!

This maybe the straw that broke the donkeys back for me.

Perhaps he was let go due to the bonus leak - if this is earlier signs of tan interfering with footballing matters then God help us all!

No matter what your stance, I'm sure everybody knows it's only a matter of time before Tan does something else to upset people.

When will it stop? And where will we be in five years if it doesn't?

Regardless of the reasons behind the suspension, replacing him with the YTS trainee/tea boy is fecking bonkers.

So let's get this right - the person who is responsible for finding new talent, arrange scouting trips, negotiate with club and player representatives on fees and salaries is a 23 year old tea boy - so basically Tan is now doing it? This man is intolerable!

It says he's taking over in an 'acting capacity'. And no mention of tea. But is no-one making the tea now? I find that incredibly worrying.....

Tan may have had valid reasons to suspend him (leaking the bonus scandal - who knows what) but I'm sorry, this is a joke.

 

The football community and press, particularly on twitter and are ripping us to pieces over this and I can't blame them .
