Does Bellamy fit into Malkys signing policy?

I must admit I have no patience when it comes to transfers but I'm putting my faith in Malky and hopefully we get the right mix of players!

I like the way Malky is so fussy over his transfers. It seems to make it less likely that he'll sign a few flops before getting 1 quality player.

What about him? I genuinely think he's a good footballer. Lost his scoring touch admittedly, although if look back a lot of his chance were more half chances than anything. Also most of the 2nd half of the season he was basically a midfielder as he was dropping back so much to find the ball more because the service was pretty poor from midfield IMO.

We need a striker like this .... fast, direct, skillful, with accurate shooting
I think your right, a combination of losing his scoring touch and getting poor service from the middle.
Basically every team knew that all they had to do was have a player sit on Whitts the whole game and that would cut our creative edge significantly. I have every confidence that Malky will address that this summer though!

Apart from the lack of in-depth detail on Malky's summer transfer plans, a great article.
