Think it's time to look a little closer to home Malcolm!

Judge - nice to see you post man
The (in)sanity of this place is far more restful than other places one could mention. Though better smilies could make this place more like home.

No good blaming the ref for lack of goals, which is the real problem.
How many "proper" goals have we scored recently, i.e. from open play and not as a result of set pieces.......discuss.......

He now needs to shake things up a bit and leave out some of his favourites such as Smith & Helguson. Whitts has also done nothing for months. The side is crying out for some flair yet players like Noone and particularly Kim are not appearing. Mutch is another and, as a regular development squad watcher, I don't understand why Velcro isn't on the bench when we are desperate for goals.
We look desperately uninspiring and changes are needed.

Totally agree with Cyncoedslumdog that we're lacking creativity.
Whitts has been neutered in this regard. Sitting in front of the back four and playing long balls isn't what he's about.
Malky sets up very solidly, and tries to contain the opposition. This means our players have very specific roles, and they don't seem to be allowed, or willing, to play with any freedom.
It's gotten worse and worse as the season's gone on, and I think we're in danger of falling into the mentality of not wanting to lose, rather than wanting to win.

I think after the autumn losses against the likes of Charlton Malky decided to shut down our attacking options and shore upmthe defence. We have become more negative as the season has gone on and are in serious danger of blowing it now.

Exactly! As I have asked above, how many goals have City scored from open play recently? It speaks volumes for the way the team is being set up.

IMO Malky and the lads have more than enough to get us up over the next 8 games.
When we get to the prem Malky must change his tactics or we will be straight back down.

Agree but unless he changes the approach we may not make it over the line. Undoubtedly there is enough in the squad but we are firing on only 1 or 2 cylinders at most.
