we had a shitty weekend losing to the jb's. ole got the selection wrong.... pointless dwelling on that... onwards and upwards.. starting tomorrow night. keep the faith chaps...

It was disappointing but 3 points from the two games is an acceptable return I guess.

Back to back home wins against Villa and Hull should be an achievable feat for a team thats going to survive relegation, and that would raise us to 9 points out of a maximum of 12 this month. Thats champions league qualification form, never mind relegation survival.

We have to lock down the hatches in March against Spurs, Everton and Liverpool, but then come out fighting against Fulham and West Brom. Assuring two wins from the latter two and optimistically a couple of draws against the former three would again give us 8 points from a maximum of 15 - Midtable form.

We then have 35 points and can smell the finishing line with 6 games left. In April we play Palace, Southampton, Stoke and Sunderland, which in my opinion if we're ambitious is another 9 out of 12 month. May could be a cold turkey finish for us with two matches against Newcastle and Chelsea, but I dont see us being any lower than 17th with 44 points.
