How do I get an avatar?

Any directions on how to get it approved and what limits on size?

Click on Profile at the top of the page, then click avatar and it should let you upload one. Here's what it says:

Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width cannot exceed 150 pixels, the height cannot exceed 200 pixels, and the file size cannot be higher than 64 KB.

I'll work on allowing the file size to be bigger... How do I get an avatar? 1525230823
