Just noticed that Gary Monk is 'Head Coach' of Swansea - How long has that been happening at Swansea.
Forget sky sports, seating only stands, bubble trips etc - My most hated element of modern football is this american like seperation of managing the team and handling transfer affairs. The same person needs to do both - How can the manager get the team playing the football he wants if he's not in control of bringing in the players to do so?
