shirt sponsorship evening

angie and i went there last night, had a few to drink, a curry, nearly broke done cowie's hand when i shook hands! great time. bent steve borleys ear and told him about our messageboard.

at the shirt presentations there were three players not in attendance. whilst i can accept that joe blogg's granny may have just died it is probally not an excuse that three could have used. i paid out about £720 to sponsor a players home shirt. if i had been told when i got there that he was not going to be in attendance would have been well pissed off.

he seemed surprised that there was no longer an official ccmb and that whilst he could not be seen to occupy any particular stance he would take a peek at our messageboard.

yes thanks, we polished off a bottle of red no problems then i got on the brandy and angie bacardi and coke. should have taken a ball/flag and got that signed as well. mrs had her pic taken with dave marshall, that made her night

Perhaps the players not there won't need a City shirt next season......
