Well, it all seems to make sense doesn't it? I'm assuming that Tan didn't suck the colour red out of his thumb. Regarding Mourinho, possibly he was there on a consultancy basis, or maybe more! Definitely something going down at that private dinner!!
Lim is also involved in grass roots sport in Singapore, a bit like what Tan is doing Malaysia. Is this all part of a long-term master-plan?

BREAKING NEWS: FULHAM'S NEW SIGNING BILLIE JEAN TO UNVEIL NEW KIT AT TOMORROW'S PRESS CONFERENCE. TABLOIDS DON'T KNOW WHETHER IT'LL BE A BLACK OR WHITE KIT YET. FULHAM FANS THINK THE REBRANDING PROPOSALS HAVE HAPPENED MUCH TOO SOON AND THAT THEIR OWNER IS A MONSTER. THEY THINK IF AN INVESTMENT IS COMING THAT THE OWNER SHOULD SIGN A BIG PLAYER LIKE ROCKIN' ROBIN VAN PERSIE OR FERNANDO TORRES. HOWEVER, ROMAN ABRAMOVICH RELEASED A STATEMENT SAYING 'THE GIRL IS MINE' WHICH WE CAN ONLY ASSUME IS HIM SHOWING HIS DESIRE TO KEEP HOLD OF TORRES. FULHAM'S OWNER HAS SPOKEN OUT AND HAS SAID 'KEEP YOUR HEAD UP, KEEP THE FAITH, THIS IS IT, THIS IS OUR YEAR, WE ARE NOT GOING TO HAVE ANOTHER BAD SEASON. ITS HUMAN NATURE TO BE SCARED OF CHANGE BUT ONE DAY IN YOUR LIFE YOU'LL THANK ME'.

Lim was was going to fund the Liverpool purchase in cash out of his own pocket ....
"Reports have claimed that Lim, like NESV, is offering to repay all of £200m of long-term debt, to take on £60m of other debt and to inject £40m of working capital. He has also claimed that this capital would come from his own fortune, rather than through borrowing."
Does that deal sound kind of familiar to you? It's exactly what Vincent Tan has proposed for Cardiff City!

Boys, this could be mega, we could be talking about Champions League here, and winning it! ...
To recap, we have a group of billionaires actively seeking involvement in a football club, Mourinho in on the scene, the colour red, promotion of grass root sport in Asia, a red marketing platform already established in Asia and waiting for expansion, and a Cardiff City business plan that sounds remarkably similar to the one proposed by Lim to take over Liverpool.

This actually very interesting. It's actually amazing to have an owner who not only moves in high circles but seems to be pro-active about making this club famous.
The question is - what is Mourinho's role in this grand plan!

This is nailed on to happen. I have just re-mortgaged the house and lumped on City to win the CL within 5 years.••••••• wrote:Lim was was going to fund the Liverpool purchase in cash out of his own pocket ....

You can laugh, but there are a hell of a lot of coincidences going on here! And there is a clear red business plan. Chinese business people only ever get together to talk about business, they don't socialize together for the fun of it. So make of it what you will

A group of billionaires keen to get involved in the football business in a big way get together behind close doors, and they personally invite the best football manager in the world along. These guys have only got one thing on their minds, and that is business!
