Yet another big game for City on the back of two losses. We really need to bounce back today as there is a run of three tough games, Brighton (A) before the international break, then away again at Preston (not a happy hunting ground) and then home to Middlesbrough.
I can see a reversion to a more familiar lineup today and it seems likely that Pilkington and Jones will start. Peltier is apparently a doubt, so with both Fabio and Malone able to bomb forward, they could cause problems for Charlton.
However, Charlton have only two draws from four away games, but teams with records like that often pitch up at CCS and drop anchor. The lack of guile in our side makes it difficult to break down teams that play like that, so I anticipate a draw today, maybe even 0 - 0.

Moore for Marshall. Malone in for Peltier. Pilkington in for Noone. Jones for Ameobi. Tamas on bench - must have impressed in the midweek 0-4 home defeat!!

Good to see we won! Sorry I was quiet, been far too busy hunting down Lancaster for dropping George Ford and whichever belle*d decided kicking for the corner instead of taking the penalty for the draw with two minutes on the clock was a good idea...

Both England and Wales will probably finish the group having lost to Australia but collecting maximum points from everyone else. With our play styles right now I also reckon we would of scored more tries, so in a scenario where we drew that game England would still be favourites to qualify. Now? We have to beat Australia, and that seems pretty impossible on current morale.
Anyway, saw the highlights. Charltons goal was joint Morrison and Lewis' fault. Morris gave him the chance but the shot was weak and too close to the goalkeeper - Marshall would of saved it any day of the week.
