Love the picture the beeb and other press have chosen to show the new stadium...lol
The stadium is so far away, you can barely see it. Perhaps QPR are embarrassed that it looks a bit simple?

40,000 seats makes it one of the most ambitious developments ever by a British club. Do they really need it though? It would be bigger than White Hart Lane (36,000) and rivalling Stamford Bridge (41,000) or Anfield (45,000).
It's a bold, and some would say silly, claim that they need a stadium that is as big as European clubs, when right now they are only a championship club.
