And I'm in the pub with some work mates( all English) and there's genuine hostility coming from the Leeds locals! Not wearing my city shirt and just my mentioning "rooneys playing s**t" had returned a "shut up you stupid welsh prick... People from Leeds are sub human fact

Well, to be fair, he is playing s**t. I'd make a change at half-time.

Who the heck are Leeds? Where is Leeds? Is it another part of the world?

I think they may have been an out-of-town department store? Shut down now I think, got themselves into debt they couldn't pay and sadly went into administration...shame. I quite liked their radio jingle.

Maybe it's just me, but being lippy in a pub in Leeds during an England game you should at very least expect to get a bit back. I'm surprised you didn't get filled in.

I've had banter in pubs in Manchester with English fans and nothing happened. All in good spirit. I got a bit of stick like where are you lot then? I just laughed it off. At the end of the day, good and bad in all but Leeds are well known for being followed by scum so no surprise to be fair.

Talking of scum/filth…….I was in Barnsley the other week checking out an old warehouse.
It had been repossessed from the previous owner, who had been living in the office space and left behind a barrel full of what appeared to be piss, s**t and vomit.
The smell will haunt me for the rest of my days.

My son recently moved back to Cardiff after working in Leeds for a year.
He could have stayed but said it was so crap living there, he couldn't wait to get back.
I visited a few times and it looked a sh*thole to me.
