What a great day. Finally, the job has been finished.
Can't believe it.
I am so very jealous of the party going on in the stadium right now.
Hope you fellas are having the best night of your lives.

Bolton will be a very emotional game, which will be enjoyed by Cyncoedslumdog and I at the stadium with a few beers

I know I've been saying for a few days now I'm excited! There should be loads of us...the only problem will be the logistics.
On a separate note what time are you working until tonight?

My shift officially finishes at 1am but I normally don't get out until 2. That's not really a problem, it's the two hour trek (a four mile walk and a nightbus full of drunks and murderers) across to South East London that does my head in.
Tonight, it won't matter though :bounce:

Wow that's a commute, I thought some I used to do were bad!
Great interview with Malky just now, so magnanimous, praising everyone at the club but not himself.

I'm used to it now. I've got legs like Gordon Mitch so I can do the walk pretty sharpish, plus it's across Tower Bridge and the latter part along the Thames, so, it's quite nice. I just have to stock up on good tunes beforehand

That's not bad, how far is it?
I walk eight miles a day in 90 minutes, along with a three mile run, perhaps that's the ex-military thing...

About 12 miles door to door. 2 miles to the bus stop then 2 miles at the other end.
I really love walking though. Good exercise, great thinking time and you can pass the time looking at the scenery and/or listening to music. What's not to like?

This won't truly sink in until the first game of the 2013-2014 season arrives!

You're right. Though the transfer window might help us adjust and remember what level we are aiming at next season.
