It was my first look at him today and i thought he played well. He obviously benefitted, along with the rest of the defense, by our midfield being more in control and hence being under less pressure but i thought he looked composed and won most things in the air. His lack of concentration when not looking as a pass came his way was the only blip i can remember.

Hope we get to keep him for the rest of the season though hopefully it will all be over after the Forest game anyhow.

yes he was quality - he appears to lost his ability to body check. the keys was as you say our control of the midfield

He played well today but the opposition wasn't that great. There were times when the gap between Barnett and Turner was so big a better team could have punished us.
Overall though a promising start and could be a useful permanent addition to the squad.

He knocked everything out with his noggin... I thought he was brilliant today, very calm, composed and assured... Possibly my man of the match for me... We must secure his loan and I would love o see him sign if he can predictably repeat today's performance...

Not at all bad a substitute for Hudson but beneffitted from having a 3 man central midfield which today was the key to everything.

Certainly can head the ball. Where it ends up 8/10 times is anyone's guess mind.
Still he's done a solid enough job so far.
