He's not exactly slow either

I like conway but with Kimbo and Bellars playing I cant see him getting in the starting 11 much tbh & Cowie.

Sorry, but in my view he is slow. Would be excellent in League 1.

Not all wingers have to be lightning fast, and Conway i feel has been excellent all pre season at linking out attack in and providing them with excellent chances. We have plenty of pace on the left now Bellamy is here and he effectively gives us another striker, someone to send a good ball into the box is ideal.

How did Velikonja do today?

I know he got a goal but did he look any good

Velikonja looked decent I thought. Got caught offside a few times but that's likely to come due to his style. He clearly likes playing off the shoulder of the defender and will rely on a good service from the wide positions and midfielder in order for him to get chances. Personally IMO, him and Helgusson would be perfect up front together as Helgusson likes to drop off to hold the ball as well as link the play. So I feel they could produce a deadly partnership.

Exciting stuff! Can't wait for the season to start now. Longest end season that I can remember!
