So Warnock says he's a bit thin on the ground when it comes to the squad.. down to injuries and so fourth so I would have thought that we may see one or 2 more additions by end of august.. if not before

Problem is this really is a make or break season, if we don't do it this year then we are in trouble financially. I'm not sure how much it is, but this is last season for the parachute payments.
If we don't make it this year, we are looking at a big sell off and rebuilding on a very small budget that will ensure a midtable battle for years to come.
That's just my positive take on it.

I think the end of the parachute payments have been factored into the budget.
