With my Christmas rose tinted specs on today I am really happy with our league position and the way Malky has come through another test of his metal.
He was the bookies favourite about 4 managers ago to be sacked, but the more this season goes on and the pressure goes up, the more I know we have the right man to keep us up.
It may not be attractive and we would all like to see a bit more positive use of wingers, but the goal is to stay up and not to have a good go at teams and go down.
We still have Cornelius to come into the side and Bellers can still have a big part to play this season, even if it takes him longer to recover from games these days. We also have one of the best keepers in the prem who on another forum was being written off last season as not good enough!
That’s far too much positivity from me, so I’m off to top up my half full glass.
Merry Christmas
