Anyone else confident for Villa away?

I know villa quite well, having many friends and family that have supported them for decades. Right now they're not particularly happy, and tier two main problems are -
1. They are useless at home
2. They can't defend corners
What a coincidence that the team that has scored the most goals from corners in the league is playing them at Villa Park!
Defensively they are a mess, Lambert has installed a three at the back approach that has left them highly prone to crosses and very inefficient at clearing them. If KTC starts nipping down the wing again and throwing crosses at a big tall striker (Cornelius anyone?) then we could have a field trip . The only stumbling block is they are very efficient in attack, Benteke hasn't scored in a while but that's more down to the goalkeepers he has faced than his own accuracy. Caulker and Turner have put better strikers in their pocket before however, and should be able to do so again.

Provided City set out with a positive approach, they can beat Villa. As you say, Caulker & Turner are very capable, but attack is the best form of defence, so let's not invite trouble by sitting back too much.

We seem happier away at the moment, where our counter attack style is more effective. Aston Villa are the same, so it could potentially be a boring game of both teams waiting for the other to pounce so they can counter. Or it could be an end to end thriller.

For me it will boil down to Benteke’s form, if he is poor then we could get all 3 points, but if he is firing on all cylinders then they will win comfortably. I know he is only one man but for me he is unplayable on his day.
A draw will be a good result for us and I can’t see Malky taking any risks.

I'm confident we can take all three points. On the face of it, this is another six pointer, and we're yet to lose one so far this season.
However, if you were to offer me a point now I'd take it.

tda summed it up nicely when he said be positive. if we go adopting the usual defend approach then i fear we will loose, indeed we should be positive in all our fixtures and not sit back and let them come at you
