First topic message reminder :
No Bellamy or Helguson. Velikonja will "definitely get some game time", Campbell and Maynard will also make it onto the field at some point.
Going to be a unique atmosphere - can't believe the season is over already!

Clearly not the right formation for Velcro, especially when the team was hell bent on passing to the opposition.
I think we are in for an interesting couple of months, especially when we have to be aware of the 25 man squad rule for next season....
Definitely not a time for sentiment............

Well done WalesOnline.
Marked down Turner for clumsily giving away a penalty and blamed him in the match report.
FFS it was clearly Nugent.

I know it didn't matter too much but I thought it was a dire performance with atrocious passing in all areas of the pitch. However, it was good to see Campbell and Maynard back and yet again we managed to grind out a result. It did help me to solve one problem though: I have a door threshold strip that just won't stay stuck in place....if I can just find out what it is that keeps Marshall stuck to his line, I'll be quids in.

Pretty spot on with all of that. You are right about Marshall, he really didn't look at all good on crosses today....perhaps he hasn't had to worry so much this season as the centre halves have been so good.....but not today......

Not a great performance but drama aplenty towards the end.
Pleased for Maynard getting back into the team and scoring.
Fantastic pass by Kimbo for Campbell's goal, with his weaker foot too.
The countdown to the new season begins.

Awesome game to watch by all accounts and it must have been amazing for Hull fans.
From just watching the highlights on the fls it was clear that Nugent had an awful game. Responsible for both goals - out on loan next season would be the best thing for me. No chance of playing regularly next year, I'm sure.

Also lucky not to see a red card for 2nd high boot, which was worse than the one he was booked for......
Frustrating game to watch for me, as we did what we always do when we play badly........gave the ball away......everyone was to blame..........shocking

Wales on Sunday say about Nugent "what an amazing season he's had and he was good again today". They then go on to say Turner gave away the penalty.
Well done Steve Tucker!
