Hmmm, I'm sure Noone was in a similar situation when we picked him up and I rate him as good buy. Blackpool have had an up and down season, three different managers and possibly the worst pitch in the entire Football League so wouldn't surprise me if players aren't fulfilling their potential there.

I agree Rhys. They sound like the kind of signings to make to get promoted and decent enough players then to take into the Prem but new signings at this stage should be a step up from this. Mackie especially i would be less than thrilled about. We have Maynard and Campbell at least with maybe Velcro - Mackie is not the kind of signing to push us on.

The only QPR players I ever want us linked with are Loic Remy and Taarabt. We're now officially a better ranked team than QPR, with a division between us. I'd despair if we are STILL stealing their rejects next season.

I'd only want the very best from the championship. Jordan Rhodes, Nathan Redmond, maybe a swoop for Wes Brown if Leicester fail to reach the playoffs. Beyond that, I think we should look elsewhere.
