No, no, no. Lappin can never play for us, or indeed anyone else, again. And no, I'm not some pompous tit getting all uppity because he was sent off- those things happen. I want Lappin to go down in history as the player who made one appearance, ended our record run of avoiding red cards and disappeared from football.
