First topic message reminder :

Conway seems the obvious choice but who gets the spot on the bench? St Luce? Kadeem Harris? Velcro? Henry the mild mannered janitor?
Or will we all get stuck in a nonterminating loop of
" Noone available after Sheffield Wednesday"
"we'd better sign some players "
"but Noone is available "
"that's why we better sign some players "etc

It's true. Without adult supervision we are likely to destroy any credibility a thread has at a moments notice.

We had enough of the carry on a couple of nights ago!

Tommy Smith should be back by Sunday?

Ill offer the second serious response to this topic.. Who is your Noone replacement - Page 2 692773407

Bellamy should replace Noone, with Velcro taking Bellamy's spot up front. We need to replace Noone's pace with someone who can also cause problems with speed. It would mean Kim is benched, but he'd probably show up later on as I'm not convinced Bellamy can play 90 minutes as a winger.

Why would Kim need to be benched if Bellamy replaces Noone and Velikonja comes in to Bellamy's forward position? Who is replacing Kim?

As Rhys said, Smith. Smith's performances up to his injury were too good to disregard, and Kim hasn't quite reached that level of competency yet. Still too many silly choices and fouls for my liking.

As I said, Smith isn't ready to come back yet - see the 'Any News on Smudger?' thread.

If everyone moves around one space, we could end up with Connolly in goal.....

My apologies, blame Happy Days for calling him Smudger and thus me not reading that just yet Who is your Noone replacement - Page 2 692773407

In which case, Bellamy and Kim on the wings have my backing.

I’d give Conway a go on the right wing.

The lad Conchiglie has a tendency to go into his shell.

I'd go for Conway on the right... but would consider Ziti on the bench for 'spot' kicks

Conway, Bellamy and Kim - Two of the three. Mason back up top.
