Guess the movie game: Cyborg Addition

First topic message reminder :

Found this game online - basically post a frame from a obscure film and see if anyone can guess what film it is .....probably funner to play than to describe

This is the Cyborg addition (any films with cyborgs in it, to clarify)

No No It wasnt me.

This is a film I watched many years ago as a small boy and I happend to come across it at a car boot sale. I took it from vhs and put it on the laptop then uploaded it to demonoid torrent site and in a month over 3000 people downloaded it from me and I had hundreds of emails saying thx because they couldnt find it anywhere as vhs tapes where just chucked out when dvd came through and it was never re-released in dvd.

Its call Ninja kids phamtom force it was my all time favorite kidhood film & I will just add this wasnt on youtube until over 3000 people torrented it from me
