did anyone else see reports off ppl about a "meteorite" accross the sky last night.? i did check astronamy sites but nothing... thought it would've been on news but nothing!

I knew nothing about it... I saw the Iridium Flare the other night which was slightly underwhelming but at least I ticked the box... Last night some descriptions are of flaming fireballs and brightest meteors ever seen

I heard north England/ Manchester region was the focal point but it could well of been seen from a lot wider range.
