I dont know much about shares tbh but I do know to buy into a company on the up.

The malaysians said that they would change debt into shares so the club would be debt free so that we could go forward.

When it happens can the general public buy into these shares or are they only for the rich folk.

No one's going to let you buy into a money spinner unless they need more money than they can raise themselves. With the amount of debt they're going to turn to equity they may start selling shares already issued and held by them to recoup some of their investment. Depends on what the potential profits are. If good then it's doubtful they will want to share. If poor it's a way of getting their money back.
