It will, I can guarantee that. Thats why im moving before it starts to turn into a place like that. England will be the first. London boroughs are already heading that way with no job prospects due to foreign investment and hiring restrictions/lack of training opportunities which gives teens and early adults nothing to hope for so they're misguided and taken into gangs. Just as Americans in Chicago found out, the bad areas spill into the better off areas. It'll be London, Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham that will go that way first. I just hope before it spills into Cardiff Wales goes independent and learns from the mistakes of that country.
