Fulham ran rings around City in the FA Cup tie in January and Norwich recently put our improvement since then into perspective, at least when it comes to playing the better teams at home.
Today's match has the feel of the "return to blue" game, when they were also the visitors. The crowd could carry City.

Warnock has a dozen or so matches to assess this squad as it stands. I don't think for one moment he will want to just coast in to the end of the season, even if the playoffs are not a reality.
I fully expect that his record over the 30-odd games he will have been in charge will be thereabouts with the best in the division over the same period and that will bode well for next season.
