I think u all will agree we have done better than what we all thought, it's too early to talk promotion but I think if we get a few good results In October and are in or around playoffs by Xmas we should be (hopefully) contenders for playoffs,
Slades squad seems to have a sense of togetherness which is good, Excellent result at Brighton yesterday not many teams will go there this season and come away with something,

A little higher than I expected, but still believe the squad and manager are distinctly average. Cannot see any sustained promotion push on the horizon with the present incumbents. Tan is quite happy I believe for the Club to tread water and stay mid table mediocrity at the moment.

As had been said so often, the squad is lacking one or two dynamic players. Unless these can be added in the Jan window, then I think we are at the level we can expect for the rest of the season.
For me, the style of football has been pleasing and I hope that the manager is growing into the job at this level.
Wales Online have picked up on this again, but only one of the 13 players signed by Russell Slade is a regular starter. I think we can look past the younger players in that number and hope that there is a strategy for the future, but there is a worrying shortfall in quality in some of the more experienced players he has brought in.
