Stadium Announcer Ali Yassine sacked

Less than 24 hours before the start of the season and he claims it has come completely out of the blue. It may not be the biggest news, but this is a pretty disgusting way to treat a man who's served the club for 14 years. Tans cost cutting holds no prisoners.

Now that we are back in blue and Slade has hit the team playing alright...city fans always need something to moan about.

Although the prospect of Sheppard of trying to muster up the enthusiasm to shpur "come on and support the boys..." is terrifying

I don't dislike Richard Sheppard, but this presumably means a change of commentator on City Player, which is no bad thing.........90 minutes of him is a bit much sometimes.

As long as it's notre normal stand guy - he is terrible
