I tend to trust the departing players more than the manager - Kenwyne is now playing at one of the title favourites and has been given another chance at premiership football if he earns his place, so what reason has he to lie?

Much like Connolly, it didn't come across as a swipe. More of an honest "I don't know what is going on".

But we're not his old club - right now we are still his current club. 'taking swipes' at us wouldn't make much sense as we still have the power to block any moves he wants until his contract ends if we decided to take offence.
