Of course this is completely hypothetical, as no-one has heard anything from inside the club about VT losing patience. But if he were to dispense with Slade, who would you want to replace him?
I have also only given the option of managers that are currently British based and are not expensive high profile names, as VT is now more likely to veer away from them given the new financial constraints.

I've kicked it off...I voted for Adkins. He took Southampton from League One all the way to the Prem and was very unfortunate to be sacked. He would definitely make his mark on the team.

Great minds, drink alike (as long as it's not one of Cyncoed's "free drinks" ).
Although there have been three Adkins votes...who is the third? Is Nigel a secret RBMB user?

And that is a valid point Dave as I don't think it is likely he will go anytime soon. But the question does state that it is purely hypothetical and you are not compromising your stance by participating

Adkins for me, without a doubt.
I put up a silent prayer to that effect a few weeks ago......I also mentioned it on here..........

Karl Robinson - done wonders for MK Dons and a scouser who doesn't take crap from anybody.

Will that sit well with Tan though? Or you for that matter when you demand "the cushioned seat" in the dugout?

So who would be the Gloves wildcard?

Gary Rowett. We need a rebuild and thats exactly what he's done at Birmingham, in spectacular style.
Comparatively, Adkins screwed it up when handed a club that also needed some reinvigoration.
