Are these rumours potentially orginating from those formly 'in the know'?

I never read AAMB. Any rumours I see are from Twitter, the internet, or as a result of being massively ITK.

I do look at AAMB from time to time, if only to remind myself how fortunate I was to have benefited from a decent education and developed a healthy open minded view on life over the years.

Millwall and Cardiff chasing Palace midfielder O'Keefe.
The combative midfielder, who played under Ian Holloway during his time in charge at Selhurst Park, is set to leave the Eagles this month.
O'Keefe's contract expires in the summer so the Lions' south London rivals want to cash in now before they lose him for nothing in six months.
The 23-year-old featured in nine of Palace's 13 wins in the Premier League last season but has played just three times this term.
He made a handful of starts after going out on loan to bottom club Blackpool in November but is back training with Alan Pardew's side.
Millwall are now waiting to hear whether O'Keefe is interested in joining them, with Championship rivals Cardiff also chasing a deal
