Sold to German club Freiburg for an undisclosed fee according to WalesOnline.

For less than 2 million too, we've been straight out robbed.
In not sure how much more of this I can take. Probably our most talented footballer dumped purely because he didn't fit into the managers ideal formation. That's like dropping f*cking Messi because he's not a classic targetman.

Another thoroughbred leaves the stud while the donkeys are tucked up in the stable.

We better be bringing in at least one first team quality midfielder in January. Already lost Eikrem, Ravel and Daehli. Who do we have left, Joe Ralls? Adeyemi? As much as I admire Adeyemi's work rate, we've lost all our game changers.

How disappointing!
What is surprising the most is the money for which all ruses players are leaving for. Eikrem and Cala surely works have been able to demand a bit of money? Is Daehli worth more than 2mill?
At the end if the day though, it's no good keeping an unhappy player at a club where that player doesn't fit the current, favoured system.

It's easy to make a player unhappy by ignoring him, which is what has happened here. This is obviously a cost cutting exercise, Slade having to free up wages by offloading others.
Tan is clearly willing to take a hit on the fees, but presumably he will find a way of writing that off against something more profitable in his empire.

Here's Slade's response........."His heart wasn't in it".

I am not really surprised by what he says, but I believe it points more at our manager's inability to make the most of the best he inherited, by being so blinkered in his approach to playing systems. Why did he never think of playing Daehli in the role Kadeem Harris took on the second half against Brentford. Daehli is a far better player than Harris, but has never been given a chance.

I'm not surprised his heart wasn't in it. Probably like quite a few other players who appear to have been discarded with no prospects of a game whilst the same players fail weekly/weakly for the first team.

If he left here tomorrow
Would you still remember him
For he must be traveling on now
'Cause there's so many places he has to see
