Thursday 17thJuly
Leeds they are reportedly trying to capture Cardiff City centre-back Mark Hudson.

The centre back, 32 has made 114 appearances for the Bluebirds and now could apparently by on his way to the West Yorkshire side. With much controversy going on regarding the central-defensive spot in Leeds’ team, it appears that Hudson is a clear target to fill the void in the side.

He will join as another new signing for the club if Leeds decide to opt for him under the new regime set by Chairman Massimo Cellino one of the most colourful and unpredictable owners in the Football League.

Cardiff’s number 5 would be a huge bit of business if Leeds opted for him.

I like hudson and if true ill be sorry to see him go, However I do feel age and injury may catch up with him, - Still think he may be able to do job required but also I think he may not be first choice

Hudson is in the prime of his life - is easy to forget he was our best Centre back lay time we were in this league and the only reason Turner was chosen aheaf of him was because of his left foot.

Given a chance, he could be a rock for us again

I'd go along with that if you weren't talking about football!

Apparently 32 is the age in which centre backs are at their best - according to perceived wisdom and the football manager bible!

I'd go with the Turner-Hudson CB partnership again.
