Love the Championship, but every team that finishes bottom of the premier league only manages a play off spot. Only exception I think is Newcastle

We need too large an overhaul. Half the squad needs to go.

I think that's the one redeeming aspect for Solskjaer, we need our manager to develop a brand new squad and grow it into something that can compete for the championship and then in the premier league again hopefully. A young manager like Solskjaer fits the bill for that sort of thing, while someone like Pulis can only be seen as a short term option.

Having my doubts about the manager after today, but agree that a major overhaul is needed.............it's going to happen anyway as players are going to walk.
