So, does that mean potential deal for Ince Jnr could be back on?

I know he's not exactly flavour of the month in Cardiff right now, but I'd rather have him than not - assuming he'd come. Everton are allegedly interested but no offers have been submitted.

Zaha and Ince on either flank with Bellers, Noone and Kimbo as replacements is not to be sniffed at.

Thought the same but Blackpool chairman (Karl thingymabob) stated today "no bids received", although, that might be a bit of transfer-gamesmanship.

According to Wales Online, looks like the Zaha deal is going through. So half of your wish list looks like coming to fruition. Ince was a Malky target so we don't really know if OGS is also keen on him. The way Noone is playing at the moment I'm sure OGS is pretty satisfied with his form.
