Having seen Magnus Eikrem's debut as a substitute against West Ham he looked to be a quality player. Mats Daehli comes to the club with undoubted talent, but is clearly not going to be rushed into first team action by OGS.
So have these signings been made to help City avoid relegation or are they the start of a re-building process ready for a possible return to the Championship next season?

well i think we will see daehli playing league fixtures as ogs's brief is quite simple - avoid the drop. if other teams can play 17/18 year olds then why cant cardiff???????????????
I think we'll see more of Daehli towards the end of February. He hasn't played a game for a couple of months so it's important he gets up-and-running. Going on some of the comments I've read on him, I hope that's soon!

I heard from a few people who went to team training that Daehli was running rings around Caulker,Medel and the like. Matching the 'Kim with added pace' tag brilliantly - oozes class and tears defences apart.
