I just watched "In the City" on the Cardiff city player. Looks like a really happy bunch of players and manager. Looking good for the rest of the season. Oh and of course the dogging helped cheers.

Don't be afraid to ask for help in future. I have several other similar 'remedies' I find therapeutic.

Therapeutic be buggered. I constantly have a Great Dane calling me now, goes by the name of Frederick. OMG what have I done. Oh and before anyone says "buggered" is the operative word here.

I have never seen this Benidorm programme you speak of ( much too common a place to attract my interest), but I presume the chap you speak of is a wealthy, handsome, late middle age, babe magnet?
