It looks like he wants to grab all the remaining shares and I am quite sure he will trigger the compulsory buyout clause, so in effect you can’t stop Tan from being 100% stake holder.
I see this as a good thing as he will finally fulfil his promise of debt to equity, but what do you think CFC will worth once complete?

Depend what tan does with the club as well I guess. I'm sure the shares he bought whilst the club was still a championship club have doubled in price, perhaps essentially 'paying' for the rest of the buyout?
