Not sure if it's just an over-reaction on their part, but some fans seem to have the consensus that their Egyptian owners are forcing through a name change to Hull Tigers. Tiger-stripped kits at the ready!

I have said this all along.......the face of British football will change forever with the influx of foreign wealth and a different perception of what their market wants.

We happen to have been the first, but it brought immediate success and others will surely follow.

It appears the club have clarified that their business name has been changed this year to 'Hull City Tigers' but in regards to footballing matters the club is still refereed to as Hull City.

Seems like a back door name change to me.
