He handed over a £500,000 cut of his pay over to charity? 
How much did they actually pay him?
To be fair, me and the mrs sat down to the voice every saturaday - it was a pretty good show I thought.
I received some post at work the other day - apperently 'surprise suprise' is making a comeback with the lovely Holly Willoughby as host - now she's amazing.

The gesture counts more than the amount or the percentage. He really seems like a nice bloke.
