Anybody Tried A Free Online University Course?

I signed up for the MIT one (MITx) about circuits and electronics, but I noticed a prerequisite (electricity and magnetism) at the last minute, which stopped me proceeding, but it all looks very interesting. I may still do the prerequisite model, and go back to the MITx module later .. I'm interested in analogue synthesizers you see

I believe home-learning is the way forward. I suppose it does help if you already have an undergraduate degree, as they basically are only teaching you study skills at that level.
