Honest prediction. Are we doing a Cardiff?

Our luck has run out. In less than a fortnight we will be 2nd and by the end of the month we will be in the play offs. Sorry but this is what we deserve and Malky is solely to blame.

Not sure we've played well enough all season to do a Cardiff to be honest. Yet to play good, dominating football and I think this is finally catching up with us and evening out. Spent much of the season riding our luck, something which has run out of late. Doing a Cardiff, no. Overachieving, quite probably.

We probably did enough in the early part of the season, especially at home, to manage to cling on to an auto spot, but as I have said elsewhere, I don't think Malky has what it takes for the Premiership.

Malky has persisted with his somewhat defensive, negative tactics because they were paying off. With a big lead at the top of the table, there was no need to change things (if it ain't broke, don't fix it). The wheels are now wobbling, suggesting the need for change is here. It may not come on Monday, but if we aren't back on track then, he has to start using our squad to sort things out.

I have to assume that he sees what's been happening and is capable of changing things. As we have a big enough squad to enable those changes to be made, I don't think we're doing a Cardiff......yet.

I think he lacks the courage to change. Sorry but i suspect our bench talent including the £5m spent on Kim, Mutch, Noone and Etien will stay unused for the next 8 games

Watford is going to be the clincher, as a Cardiff Fan who lives in London I only get to see the occasional match. my away record is horrendous this season Palace L, Charlton L and Millwall W. I am genuinely dreading the Watford game, as even though they are "doing a Cardiff" themselves, I can seriously see them putting 4 past us.

I fear the worst but hope for the best... There have to be some good performances left in City... Hasn't there.... I think because we didn't charge on from our 11 point cushion and put the season to be Malky has to be on thin ice whether we go up or not...

I just wonder what Vincent really thinks?

Also when it comes a) to firing Malky and b) replacing him how is he going to go about that task? Who is going to take the lead seeing as he knows nothing much about football?

I don't want Malky to go - I want him to succeed....with us!

I said the same thing before the Sheffield Wednesday game and we got the 3 points but i fully understand what you mean. The performances are at such a level that there is no team i can look at and say that i expect us to win the game. I am sure we will pick up points between now and the end of the season, maybe even win enough to take the title but i can't acutally predict 3 points in any individual games now. I am hoping they can raise their game somehow or, failing that, scrape enough points to get the job done.
