Well we won't be getting Falcao etc. but if we were in the Prem we would be in with a good shout of competing with the likes of Everton as they are in a difficult financial situation, with less overseas exposure and a decrepit stadium. So I think with Tan's ambition and the way that would be sold to the players we could attract a similar calibre to those at Everton
