It wasnt the usual three second clip was it? Latent xenophobia! And Steve Claridge can't stand City!
They covered the Cardiff, hull and Watford games in about 1 minute at the beginning. Without trying to put a downer on things, we yet again looked lucky by scoring two poorly defended set pieces, our only two sniffs at goal the whole game. Against better opponents, it would have been a bore draw at best. I guess some positives would be:
A. We took our chances
B. It doesn't matter how we get three points at this vital stage of the season.
I could have gone to bed after that but thought id watch the rest of the championship (Leicester were really poor again, possibly going to struggle to make the play-offs) but im glad I didn't. They did a really interesting piece on Walsall, what a great way to run a club.

They have a stadium. Built 1990, so not exactly new. I couldn't say how nice it is. Capacity is 11,000.Slumdog's Son™ wrote:I think Walsall have a nice new stadium?
Apparently one of the stands had its name changed recently from the "Tile Choice Stand" to the "Floors-2-Go Stand". While we have our injury time sponsored, I think the CCS has missed an opportunity on the stand names......

I couldn't care less if the Ninian stand was called the Durex Featherlight stand if they got rid of Langstone!

Would team selections be less adventurous, as they'll be playing safe? Would we lack the ability to penetrate defences? Would the fans be sperming in their seats as the game approaches its climax in stoppage time?Slumdog's Son wrote:I couldn't care less if the Ninian stand was called the Durex Featherlight stand if they got rid of Langstone!

I'm pretty sure they have plans to rename stands /stadium but can't until they sort out the debt with Sam Hammam...
"[Tan]spoke openly about the possibility of renaming the Cardiff City Stadium, with the name Malaysia being added or the name of a major Asian sponsor.
But the naming rights of the stadium are wrapped up in an historic debt of £19m owed to a company called Langston which is connected to the former chairman Sam Hammam." BBC Interview

It appears that being in Tenerife and leaving him to look after the house wasn't such a good idea.Slumdog's Son™ wrote:They won't mind, what's a bit of male nudity via webcam with men you've never met whilst watching men in shorts between family?
