Ugh are all those godawful Genoa type shirts gonna resurface now
Also while this would be cool he won't do this gladly (if he does at all).

I have to be honest but the basic Genoa shirt is very attractive - more so than either our current home or away kits.

Tanfastic.
If Tan's vision is to fuse Malaysian culture (red, dragons etc) with the existing City "brand" then fair enough. In the words of Michael Bluth "I have no problem with that". Hopefully, people will find this kind of consultation more agreeable and all this bickering and fan division might finally come to an end (am I asking too much there?).
I just hope the compromise doesn't include one on taste re: kit and badge.

I like that too.
Cagliari's kit is roughly the same as well.
Am I right in thinking that it would be a unique kit within the English professional system? On mobile right now so can't check but also can't think of anyone else? What do Dagenham play in?
Unique is good if you ask me.

Sampdoria kit would be nice with alternated red/blue for home and away. Would much prefer blue kit and rturn to historic badge but no big deal for me after 50 years of under achievement. It is Cardiff City - end of story.

I'll take the talk of a meeting at the end of the season at face value but "He has apparently accepted that the rebrand has upset too many people and has admitted that he should have handled the whole rebrand much better" and "Apparently this shocked Tan. He thought all was rosy in the garden." in relation to hearing some people might not take up the oppertuntiy to wave red scarves, does seem rather contradictary.
Time will tell - it is never dull being a City fan nowadays, this season even more so.

Whilst hoping there can be some consultation with fans, isn't the summer too late.. When does the club have to confirm its colours and badge? Would have thought the kit manufacturers wouldn't wait until the summer.
I don't see why we don't just play in red shirts with blue shorts. Like Spain.

Yeah, I believe the kit has already been confirmed with the FA for next season and it's no change on that front BUT it is a step in the right direction though and I'm not going to turn my nose up at that.
