Must admit, I expected them to be more, £1.6m to Dave J - He didn't even by us a beer on his way out!

It is all potentially a little worrying. While we are pushing forward and there is no hint of Tan leaving i am not stressing too much but i admit i would love to see the debt (or most of it) turned into equity. At that point i would definitely breathe a sigh of relief.

I'll be honest I don't really understand it all. Most football clubs seem to be in debt, I just dont understand how they (or we) get away with it. Finances and stuff isn't my forteit.

I'm with you on this one. I don't think the taxman would take too kindly if I got myself 86 million pounds in debt 2011/12 Accounts published £13.6m Loss 692773407

The taxman isn't concerned with loss - only profit - unless of course if the the loss is a 'artificailly constructed loss' a la Starbucks.

Very true. I think it would be the banks who would be most concerned...........that'll learn 'em to lend to dodgy enterprises 2011/12 Accounts published £13.6m Loss 1525230823
