Yeah was really difficult for him though I can imagine when the press, players and top pundits start bantering your name around as manager not to get distracted. I think spurs were stupid to sack him!

The very same reason Venables didn't get it. Far too close to crooked schemes. It doesn't have to be proved but if there's enough inuendo out there it's not a chance worth taking.
