Im gonna leave in mo take the nipper down 2 barry to meet the mrs... as she went out last night, then go up her grandparents for dinner, cakes & just general scoffing unhealthy foods, then come home chill out watch the mrs suffer with hangover & then play fifa.. (and get frustrated i didnt get recalled bk off loan from colchester while cardiff slip down the table)

Got up, had 2 pieces of toast (1 with strawberry jam, 1 with peanut butter), strummed the 6 string for a bit (still currently has only 5 strings), then went on a 12.7 mile run. Now for an afternoon/evening of food and sport. S'alreet innit.

I think it was Oscar Wilde who said I can resist everything but temptation... I caved in half an hour ago and now realise that red wine makes me clever

Yes it was, the master of quotes. I haven't had a glass yet, still necking water after that run. But I've just been ordered by the commentator for the El Clasico game to get a glass of beer or wine so...

Been walking around the beautiful Loch Lomond all day. Super drowsy now, so I expect a quick pre-snooze to build up energy for my main snooze later.
