Is anyone planning on watching this? I normally avoid this kind of s**t like the plague, but I do love a good old rant at the telly and I'm certain this programme would boil my piss before I've even seen it.

Glad I watched 'Later' now. I like the Beach Boys but Brian Wilson really looks like he should be in a nursing home now though.

That was fucking horrible. Worth seeing for the experience. I do feel just a bit sick though and I won't be watching any more of that s**t. I missed Jools for that. Even my Mrs who watches all kind of 'reality' crap had a look of disgust on her face. Astonishing hour.

I too tasted a little bit of sick in my throat when the Valley's Mam appeared... Amongst many other things...

When's this on again?
Having made my own journey from the slums of Mountain Ash to the bright lights of the big city maybe I will be able to empathise/cringe/smash the TV to bits in shame.
Does the rest of the UK realise that Cardiff is only about 20 minutes away from the Valleys FFS?
It's not like they've taken some Amazon tribesmen out of their comfort zone.

Not sure that's correct as I suspect even the most uncivilized tribesWOMAN from the remotest part of the Amazon would know the difference between a shower and a toilet... especially when sharing said shower with multiple individuals...

Didn't see it, and I'm not sure I want to. But anyone that thinks that 9 individuals are a fair reflection of people from the valleys of south Wales ought to take a look at themselves first. It is however a reflection on theupbringing of said individuals who are happy to sell themselves in this way. I'm sure we could find more than 9 individuals that reflect the valleys in a better light. I speak as someone who spent the first 15 years of my life in the garw valley.

The one thing you can be sure about any Reality TV show is that it will be a long way removed from any kind of reality.
