We can't expect all these players just to walk straight into the team and play well. Malky should edge them into the side hoping that they gel well over time in training. Remember Reading were in the bottom 3 in the first month or so last season but then just clicked. I don't see why we won't do the same. We may have to grind a few results out at the moment but if/when this team gels, it could be very dangerous at this level, especially with out strength in depth!
